QWERTY keyboard on Apple Watch Series 8 doesn't appear

There is a problem that on Polish Apple Watches keyboard dosen't appear. I've found that you have to add english to the keyboard so it would appear or use SwiftKey. But I can't find SwiftKey in the store on Apple Watch, and have no idea how to add English (by holding the microphone icon i can only see Polish). How do I add English? Can't find in in the settings.
