Youtube question

This is the only tech board i’m on i don’t know where else to ask this. It’s about Youtube. Why is it when you comment on a video with a link to another video 8 times out of 10 it will not post. Is there some kind of policy against linking in Youtube comments?🤷🤷 Few times i can do it but most times NO! when i comment it shows on there but when i come back to it later… it’s gone, like i never even commented on it… this really aggravates me😖 Anyone have any theories on why this happens?

I don’t know who else to turn to, it’s not like Youtube has a message forum of its own… Please excuse the confusion if i caused any..
