Lost songs

i unsubscribed Apple Music and iCloud+ 3 months ago because I didn’t have enough money on a special sim-card (in Russia this is the only payment method for Apple ID) . Now, I’ve resubscribed to these services and found out that ALL THE SONGS HAVE DISAPPEARED.. in iCloud storage there are also no songs added . Please someone help
