Adding iCloud Calendar to Outlook 365
The iCloud calendar is still not showing on Outlook even after following instructions for "If you can’t add iCloud Mail, Contacts, or Calendars to Outlook." What other options can I try?

If you're wanting to add an iCloud account to Outlook, you'll want to follow these steps: Add an iCloud email account to Outlook - Microsoft Support
If those steps don't do the trick, you'll want to reach out to Microsoft support directly to look in to that further. As Outlook is their software, they will be best to look in to what's causing that.

I can add the iCloud email OK but having trouble with getting iCloud Calendar to work with Outlook on Windows 11. It seems to work OK on my Windows 10 system but not Windows 11.
I'll keep bugging Microsoft.
