Minecraft - worlds not downloading at all. No error messaged just does nothing

Has anyone had trouble with worlds just not downloading on Mincraft. It is an 7th gen ipad and running 16.5.1 IOS. I am trying to get a refund after minecraft support topics didn't help, however it is seeming very difficult. has anyone got any suggestions for a fix? we have managed to download a free world before - but there were many more that also didn't download.

Hi Renee_and_Son,

If you're facing an issue within the app itself on you iPad, your best bet will be to work with the app developer.

If you want to request a refund and the purchase was through the App Store, you can request a refund from Apple using the steps here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Otherwise, Minecraft support will be in the best position to support their app.
