Mailed in payments are not accepted as a normal means of paying Your Apple Card.

You should make payments using the wallet App on your iPhone, or online at https://card.apple.com

If you cannot make a payment as shown the support document you posted from, you can set up a one time exception with Goldman Sachs to accept a mailed in payment, but this is an exception, and not to be used regularly to make payments.

You should not mail in a payment to the address provided without first setting up the one time payment option with an Apple Card specialist . If your payment is not expected, it may be rejected.

You can make an Apple Card payment online at card.apple.com.

If your iPhone is missing or stolen, you can contact Apple Support to make a payment.

If you set up Apple Cash and verified your identity, you can use Apple Cash or your bank account to make an immediate one-time payment.

If you must mail a check, call first to verify acceptance. A check received without verification may be returned and your account won’t be credited the payment.
