That looks like a serial number - and if it is, a moderator may be along to edit it out of your post for your own protection.

If you're trying to find out your Mac's hardware model (for checking compatibility with macOS upgrades) – as opposed to a manufacture date – you can find this in About This Mac dialog in the Apple () menu.
