iCLoud Payment information from itunes

Received email that On 07/13/2023 you are scheduled to be charged $2.99 for iCloud+ with 200 GB of storage, but there is a problem with your payment information. Why would the payment information have changed and where can I check and verify?

We'd recommend checking to see if that email is from Apple or if it is a phishing attempt. This article explains how to determine that: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support


If you do need to update or change your payment information, this article explains how: Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support


If there is an issue showing with your payment method, you can find steps to help resolve that here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
