Hi there,
i use iphone 13 mini for a couple months, now the battery health is around 85%, when the battery come to 70% the screen automatically change to green tint/temperature, and when i charge the phone the screen back to normal (oled).
is this a screen or battery issue?
And does anyone here have a similar problem?

Do you have your brightness set to below 50% or do you have dark mode enabled when this occurs? We ask because this may be expected behavior as described here:
"If you look at an OLED display off-angle, you might notice slight shifts in color and hue. At reduced display brightness levels against black backgrounds, you might notice a slight blur or color change while scrolling. These are characteristics of OLED and are normal behavior. With extended long-term use, OLED displays can also show slight visual changes. This is also expected behavior and can include “image persistence” or “burn-in,” where the display shows a faint remnant of an image even after a new image appears on the screen. Image persistence is temporary and disappears after a few minutes of normal use. Burn-in can occur in more extreme cases such as when the same high-contrast image is continuously displayed at high brightness for prolonged periods of time."

If this only occurs while using Dark Mode or when the brightness of your iPhone is set to below 50%, then this is expected behavior and does not indicate a hardware or technical issue with your device.
If this also occurs in Light Mode and when the brightness of your iPhone is set to above 50%, then reach out to Apple Support next. They would be the best equipped to investigate this issue further. Contact them here: Get Support

yes i set the brightness sometime below 50%, 50% up, and i use dark mode always, so does this matter?
and what should i do now? is it normal or i need to service my iphone?

this phone need to go to the service, but my question again, what caused this issue? because i use this phone in normal used, if this issue come from factory then is it fair for me to pay the service cost?
