Game Center not transferring progress

it's logged into the same iCloud and same Game Center accounts and only has progress on the original device. It won’t transfer to the new phone or the iPad. All devices have current iOS as well.

Can I transfer certain data from one Apple ID to another? As the title says I would like to know if it’s possible to transfer save data that is linked to an Apple ID transferred to another Apple ID, and if so how many times can this be done? For example the game whose save data I want to transfer to a different ID is linked to Game Center. Is it possible for me to link it to another ID’s Game Center account and then repeat the process?

Depending on the game, save data may be stored on the device. Did you transfer data from your old device to the new one? Transferring data, in addition to signing in is the best way to ensure you have all of your data.
