Apple Pulling Non Apple Card Transactions

Does anyone know why Apple is pulling my Credit Card transactions when I am not using Apple Credit Card or Wallet for the transaction?

Take a look at Apple's website, "reportaproblem.apple.com" and enter your Apple ID and password. The report will show all credit card transactions even though Apple Credit Card or Wallet was not used to make the purchase. The dollar amount showing is zero, but they should not have this information.

I have iPhone 14, Apple Ultra Watch and Apple Credit Card. Again, neither one of these were used in the transactions posted.

Hi Muguy,

Log into the link I provided above, reportaproblem.apple.com and see for yourself. It will show you credit card transactions that were not completed by the use of an Apple Card or ones you have in your Wallet.

All i see is a list of items I’ve purchased over the years. This enable me to retrieve a receipt for any purchase completed. Sorry. I don’t see any financial information other than the price of the item purchased.
