Cancelled subscriptions, unable to remove payment method

As subject says, I have cancelled all of my subscriptions. Some have not expired but they are not scheduled to renew. I do not wish to renew them at this time. They all say expiring. I do not want any automatic payments. I cannot remove my payment method apparently while subscriptions are still running so I have to wait many months. If I can’t remove my payment method I will be wiping and selling several versions of macs, multiple iPads, several iPhones , a couple watches, and closing my Apple account.

UPDATE: APPLE ICLOUD DOES NOT SHOW IN SUBSCRIPTIONS. It must be changed in the icloud section. Here’s a link I found. Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

Thank you. The problem is I keep getting surprise purchases, apparently made by … wait for it … rescue cats who walk on the screen if I leave my ipad/iphone on my desk. One such purchase was $53. Some apps have large purchase buttons and very large confirmation buttons. At least they haven’t yet figured out how to order cat treats! Thanks again.
