I'm not receiving emails on my iPad Pro or iPhone 13

I haven’t received an email on my IPad Pro or IPhone 13 since 7:30 this AM. I was able to send one, however. I have tried all the YouTube hacks but nothing has worked.

Thank you for visiting the Apple Support Communities SleeplessinRocheHarbor,

Since the issue is occurring on two separate devices, it is likely it's originating somewhere before the devices are involved. This could be at your internet network level, or at the level of your email service provider. We'll want to work to isolate those scenarios as a starting point so we can get your emails coming in again.

First, let's check your email directly from your email provider's webmail site. For example, if you use iCloud Mail, head over to iCloud.com on a computer to check for your email. If you see email here, it means you are receiving your email which is great. We would want to then see if the issue is related to the network you're on. You can do this by using a different network. So, as an example, if you're using Wi-Fi, switch to cellular data on your iPhone and/or use a different Wi-Fi network.

We can also recommend reviewing the steps outlined in the Apple Support article If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, which directly addresses issues receiving email.

Cheers!
