Beep coming on speaker after call cut

Once the call gets cut by the other person there is beep 3 times right- to let you know that the call is cut. So instead of the beep playing in the earpiece, it loudly comes on the iPhone speaker. This occurs on regular cellular calls. Im using the iPhone 13 with iOS 16.5.1 and have been facing the issue ever since updated.
