Apple ID is locked due security reasons so I wand to unlock it but on iforgot.apple.com/password its asking for phone number to create new password and I already dont have access to that phone, what to do in this case?

I have never needed to fill out that form. If you can't complete it then try contacting Apple: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
I cannot request it there, because after I enter email, its asking for the phone number and I dont have it
