Sleep mode vibrates randomly

When my watch is in sleep mode, it vibrates randomly in the middle of the night. Usually closer to morning and it wakes me up before I’m supposed to wake up. How do I stop it? There are never any messages or notifications.

Apple Watch making sound in sleep mode For the last few nights my watch makes noise while in sleep mode. It used to be silent and I would have to hold down the crown to look at anything. I did not change any settings. It’s also not on my wrist, it’s charging on my nightstand. It pings when I have unopened notifications which it also never did before. But here I am awake at 2:45am because of the stupid pinging sound! Also my wake up alarm only plays on my watch now. No idea why. It’s never done that before. It doesn’t wake up so that’s been fun.

Apple Watch 18.2 - Alarm in Sleep not working I use my watch to track my sleep and wake me in the morning. I use the sleep app and had zero issues until recently. Previously, when the alarm would go off, my watch would play the sound and use the haptic tap I selected. I would see an option to snooze or end. If I looked at my phone, I would see the same options. About a week or so ago, the watch stopped playing a sound nor provide a haptic touch. It will display the option to snooze though. I have checked settings and even tweaked my sleep schedule and alarm sounds and nothing worked. It's getting a bit annoying.
