Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing > Auto Answer Call [Off]

worked like a charm. turned off auto-answer calls. and thats that.

I am still having this problem although it just started recently. My ipone13 pro max has decided to answer calls after just one ring. I never had auto answer calls on but under touch it says audio routing automatically. I've reset it multiple times and it continues doing the same thing 🤷‍♀️. I need help.
