Outlook keeps asking of me to accept cookies

Ventura 13.4.1

Macbook pro 2020 M1

Safari 16.5.1

As of mid-morning today (UK) every time I open up Outlook, it keeps asking for me to accept cookies.

It's as if my Mac isn't remembering it.

The rest of my stuff is fine, such as ebay etc etc.

I have tried clearing history, cookies and cache.

I access it via Google, as in a shortcut to Outlook.

I haven't changed any settings, or installed anything new today.

I have always chosen not to stay logged in all the time since I first started using it many years ago.

I tried changing it to always stay logged in, but it still happens.

Close the safari tab, try it again, and the same, I have also tried it through Firefox and it's still the same.

It was working fine up until around 10-ish this morning.

I have also tried using the ventura recovery/re-install ventura option, as a last attempt.

Any help would be great thanks

As an add on, I don't have any add blockers or the such or extensions.
