Heart rate zones
I set heart rate zones on auto and my Ultra shows too high rates in my opinion. My max HR is 183 so why zone 2 is 137-147? 75-80% of max HR and zone 1 up to 70%. Shouldn’t this zones be lower? Like zone 2 max to 70%?

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Workout, Heart rate zones, select Manual
Put them on manual and change them to suit your physiology.
I just entered a similar issue. How do I put it on manual? I’d like to enter my own heart rate zones.
That did it. Not difficult. But the default ranges should make more sense.
