My entire family upgraded to 16.5.1. My wife and my daughter have empty home apps, while myself and my son both show the devices properly. Have logged in/out of iCloud, reset iPhones, etc. nothing works. They both had full access to all devices recently, upgrade is only changes we are aware of, I also ensure all AppleTV's are upgraded to same version.
I found this link for when 16.2 was released and pulled for bugs. I reset all home devices, iphone, ipad, all AppleTV's, removed wife and resent invitation. She reboot phone, accepted new invitation and all appeared again right away. Daughter doing same now. I did NOT remove all home apps from each vendor, just restarted every device, removed user, readded user.
Unclear as to why, never ran the flawed 16.2, all were at 16.5.1 when 2 devices went blank for no reason I can find. First time I attempted to remove user, around time of this post, I couldn't even remove her. Following this link today, all went fine, didn't attempt to recover without removing person and sending new invite however....
