How to check blood pressure with Apple Watch ?

Apple does not off any form of blood pressure measurement.

I have heard of 3rd party iPhone apps that claim to measure blood pressure via the iPhone camera. I have zero knowledge about the validity of such a feature.

Apple Watch cannot measure blood pressure at this moment.
