15.7.7 update for iPhone 7s

Successfully updated my iPhone7s to 15.7.7. My spouse's as well. Now we have multiple issues happening that were non-issues before this update. Bluetooth connection, internet connection, GPS connection, Sirius radio connection etc. It's all very, very slow if it works at all.

My spouse's hearing aides work with his phone via bluetooth, well not anymore they don't.

I have done multiple things to try to correct these issues. Followed all the advice I can find. Our batteries are not worn out. We both have lots of storage space.

My question: when is Apple going to release another patch to fix all of these issues?
