Your question still doesn’t make sense. You can find the location where a photo was taken if the camera had GPS capability and it saved the location information in the EXIF metadata in the phone. However, the EXIF information can be edited, so it isn’t a guarantee of where the photo was taken. But if you aren’t asking where the photo was taken you will have to explain what it is you ARE asking.

Sorry, but to my knowledge, you cannot track an iPhone from a taken photograph. If someone is stalking you, you need to contact the authorities where you live or hire an attorney.
