Please describe exactly what you meant by “accidentally deleted my Apple ID”, because that just doesn’t happen “by accident”. It’s a multi-webpage sequence involving accessing some seldom-traveled parts of the Apple website, and a fair amount of reading and clicking past some draconian warnings.

I don’t think that happened. You’re probably logged in here using that same Apple ID, and it’s clearly working.

If you deleted some Keychain entry from in Safari (as I suspect), that does not delete the Apple ID. It deletes the local knowledge of the Apple ID and password for auto-fill. You can re-enter the Apple ID credentials, and they can be re-added to Keychain.
