Audio streams from iPad to AppleTV but not video

On some websites, when I attempt to stream from my iPad to AppleTV, the audio streams, but not the video. Instead the name of the website appears on screen with a music clef. If there are thumbnails on the site, they stream audio and video just fine, but when I attempt to watch the full video, only audio streams. This only happens with the iPad. There is no issue streaming with an iPhone. I thought it might be related to the age of my iPad so I bought a new iPad PRO today. The issue is still there with it. I also attempted to stream directly to my LGtv. As with the AppleTV, the iPhone streams seamlessly, but the iPad only streams the audio with the name of the site and a music clef, (as if I was streaming from an audio only channel). Everything is fairly new, iPad PRO just purchased today, iPad OS 16.5.1, and 4K AppleTV tvOS16.5.
