In the absence of any Screenshots of the certificate, I am guessing everything here...
The certificate you are seeing is a SecureW2 certificate, which is used to authenticate your device to Spectrum's WiFi network. This is a security measure that helps to protect your data while you are connected to Spectrum WiFi.
If you are seeing this certificate when you are editing your WiFi settings, it is likely because you have not yet installed the Spectrum WiFi profile on your device. You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to wifiprofile.spectrum.net: https://wifiprofile.spectrum.net/ and sign in using your Spectrum credentials.
- Click Go to System Settings.
- Click Install.
Once you have installed the Spectrum WiFi profile, you should no longer see the certificate when you edit your WiFi settings.
