Hi there
I am trying to download photos to my PC from my iPhone 13. I have connected the phone to the PC, gone into iPhone, and into the DCIM folder. Half the photos download, the others won't. I have copied them but they will not paste. Why is this and how can I rectify the problem please?

You will have to use the Windows Photo app to import your photos from the iPhone to your PC.
