why the primary app will not launch stream

Since June 12th my Paramount App refuses to launch stream, occasionally the error message “Fatal Error” is received on screen.

Paramount services has two forms of the application on Apple TV , one is to purchase Paramount plus and Showtime inside the Apple TV home screen for 11.99 the other is the Paramount+ App inside the App store that is prominently displayed after uploading to the App Home Screen when turning on Apple TV.

I have all but given up rebooting relaunching removing then re~uploading checking my TV checking my router checking my internet connection calling my broadband service provider and now finally connecting to Apple Help
