My Intel Macbook Pro ( 16) shuts down in internet recovery mode

My Intel Macbook Pro (16) shuts down while trying to install macOS; sometimes, it is during the connection phase of the wifi,

I can't use a bootable USB as it says no administrator account exists.

I tried to check for any issue with the diagnostic tool, and no error was found. Please help me in this regard. Thanks
