Receipt for old iPhone 13 pro max
I purchased a new phone via the Apple store and transferred all my information to the new phone with no problems. I planned on giving the old phone to my Mom, who had her phone stolen. She could not remember her Apple ID or password, so I set up a new id and password for her. When I went to download her information using the new id and password, it set the phone to my phone. I tried to restart the phone to the factory setting, and it would not let me; I tried changing the password, which did not work either.
After talking to Apple Support, they said they needed a copy of the receipt I received when I purchased the old phone. I no longer have it in an email, nor can I find it listed as a device I've purchased. I still have the old box with the serial number and phone id, and I have a copy of the Credit Card Statement that shows I made the purchase. Is this enough information needed to get the phone unlocked?
