How did you cancel them exactly?

Did you cancel them more than 24 hours before they were set to renew?

Apple advises that subscriptions canceled less than 24 hours before they renew may still be charged.

Make sure the subscriptions are correctly cancelled and have expired, and then request a refund from Apple.
