Mail App Requiring Microsoft Admin Permissions

I have a user that is trying to add their enterprise microsoft email account to the iOS mail app. However, once they get through the setup, they are prompted that they "Need admin approval" for Apple, Inc. Screenshot below. Other users in the same organization have not had this issue. The user is on an iPhone 14. Thankyou in advance.

Have your Admin sign into the Microsoft 365 with the global admin account.

In a new browser tab paste in https://aka.ms/ConsentAppleApp

Once you grant access to apple then it will be granted for the whole tenant space.

I suggest you talk to Microsoft as this appears to be a MS issue at microsoftonline.com. The "Apple Inc." is just an acknowledgment it's an iPhone made by Apple, Incorporated.

The fact that others don't have this problem just tends to point out that all devices are not the same and a particular setting on the one phone may be different for the others.
