No option to create HYSA account

I opened an Apple Card a couple months ago to have access to the HYSA, but when I go into my Wallet to create a savings account, I don’t see the option. I live in the US and have an eligible iPhone with updated software. I called Support several times, and they explained that a number of people are experiencing this same issue. They said to keep checking via Wallet app every few days, but it’s never there. Can someone please assist?
