Problem z zrestartowaniem MacBook

There is a problem with Internet Recovery for older Macs working with MacOS High Sierra. When people try to install MacOS in Poland we see error " The recovery server could not be contacted" We try adjust the time with terminal. The time by terminal is adjusted wrongly because we are now in UTC+01:00, so there is one hour difference and the setup is still not going further. So I adjusted it manually to correct one, and I still see this error pop-up.
