Generally Verizon corporate accounts do not allow adding in the Apple Watch, unless the company includes that in their contract.

AT&T corporate accounts supposedly, does allow you to pay the $10 extra separately from your corporate account to add your Apple Watch to the corporate iPhone account.

At least that is the experience users in the company I work for have experienced. Verizon No. AT&T Yes.
