Reinstalling by overwriting Ventura - Reauthorizations

I want to re-install the most recent version of Ventura on my iMac from a full download of the the most recent version of Ventura OS installer. This will overwrite my current installation of Ventura OS. Will this wipe out my authorizations for various downloaded software, such as Kindle, etc.? Or will these authorizations be retained with no problem.

Thank you for your help.

My question simply is whether or not I will have to re-authorize the apps that I have downloaded such as Kindle and other third-party programs.

Nothing can be saved in the system volume, so anything relating to authorizations, license, etc should not be affected. That doesn't mean some app has some weird licensing scheme that generates a code from some OS "signature," but I would doubt that is something anyone would do. App Store apps and iTunes Store content are tied to your AppleID, not the OS.

My understanding is that all of my data that I use such as my accounts and documents, email, etc. will be unaltered still available without having to recover them from Time Machine.

I just want to overwrite the system and do not believe that I will lose any personal information.
