Removal of Unwanted Apple ID

How do I remove an unregistered Apple ID from my App store to be able to update my apps. They keep asking for the password which I dont have

forgot apple id password I've been trying to get rid of AppleID, but without the password, it's impossible: I can't download an app, can't log out of FindMy etc. So frustrated, please help me: how to get rid of the whole AppleID, and make a new one? (iPhone 6, iOS 12.5.7) Thank You!

Delete and redownload the applications you're trying to update. It's stored inside them.
