Blank page when redirected to a third party website in safari

I log in to my company's portal and some of the links take me to third party websites and the entry screen would have a checkbox and a Proceed button. This screen shows up empty(blank and white) on Safari on all my devices(iPhone, iPad and MacBook). When I disable JavaScript, I can refresh to make the content of the page appear and I can mark the check box but I cannot press the Proceed button because JavaScript is disabled, when I enable and refresh to press the button, the screen is empty again.

Can you provide any solution for this?
