Can I present a passport as my ID
I do not a Drivers license or State ID the only thing I have is a Passport and I currently do have some money in Apple Pay and can’t find a way to receive it

Apple Card MasterCard issued and serviced by Goldman Sachs Bank. Federal banking regulations require banks to >Know Your Customer< and it requires a State issued Drivers License or ID. They do not accept a passport as an acceptable ID verification document. Sorry.
You should have no issue obtaining a state issued ID. In Florida the process is instant and only a few dollars, but each state will have their own process and fees.
I’m not sure what you mean by you have money in Apple Pay. Do you mean Apple Cash? Apple Cash is issued and serviced by Green Dot Bank and they have similar requirements if the balance grows over $200 or you want to send and receive larger sums of money.
