Get rid of small blue box with question mark showing on emails.

I have just come across various questions about getting rid of the small blue box. I have noticed when I am faced with the same thing, there is usually a box top right of my screen saying "Load Content Directly" that will clear the box and show the missing page. Hope this helps.
