I would start over— you need to erase / reformat / initialize the parent drive as new to regain the storage occupied by the multiple Containers you have created.

From Internet Recovery (not Recovery) DiskUtility.app>View>Show All Devices see the top most (parent drive)

The only way to resize a boot camp partition is to use Boot Camp Assistant to remove the partition then re-add the partition with the new size wanted. Using Disk Utility to resize a Boot Camp partition will result in having to reinstall your MacOS then reuse Boot Camp Assistant.
