Could not active cellular data network

Hey there

i went on the iPhone it’s says Could not activate cellular data network. Turn on cellular data or use Wi-Fi to access data, that’s odd!

so here’s the example Could not Couldn’t Gooden and Cannot Garrett Carrot that’s make sense? Thanks!
