Hinge Problem
Hinge of macbook air m2 becomes very hard to open the lid and require both hands to open it in just 3 days.
Now what to do.

If this was newly purchased 3 days ago, definitely take it back and get a replacement. That is not normal and you do not want it to lead to other problems such as a cracked screen. If under Apple Care, you may have other options, but don't delay.
