Purchases from Sims Mobile didn’t reflect in game
I purchased a festival pass and on the game and didn’t see it in game or it’s not reflected in it. I tried reaching out both the app developer and the apple help. Both said it’s already fixed and refunded but suddenly, apple sent another receipt for the same purchase in the game. The game still didn’t have the festival pass. It’s already gone through my bank account and I couldn’t even see it in game. I just want to ask whether I’m scammed or not, and whether I’ll be even able to get my money back if this is not a scam by both EA and APPLE.
