Did you restart with the monitor disconnected?
A long shot… Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.

Try turning off auto brightness feature
already did, but it's still not appear on my system setting :(
I don't have an XDR monitor connected so I can't troubleshoot further. Maybe someone else will have an idea.

Personally, I think it's related to the external monitor. What happens if you turn off the monitor and/or disconnect it?
