I don't see the option to erase my iphone 11 after going through 10 times trying to log in with the wrong password.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

The option you're looking for only appears if the unit is connected to the Internet and has Find My enabled.
