i turned on my iphone i had a notification which disappeared in secs as soon as my iphone unlocked using my face id should i be worried about that notification and it think it was a system notification but not sure about it. And can my iphone be compromised by this way?

We'll be glad to assist. At times, notifications may be dismissed upon unlocking your device. Nothing about that in and of itself would indicate anything about your iPhone has been compromised.
