I need help empty my app store credit

If you want to clear your Apple Account balance, it is depending on the amount:

If your balance is less than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support directly, they will help you clear your Apple Account balance, click -> Get Support

If you have an Apple Account balance that you can’t use

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows the refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. 

When you contact Apple, include the following information:

•               Your Apple ID.

•               The refund amount.

•               Your current delivery address.

Nobody on this forum can do this for you. Use one of the methods below.

If you are trying to zero your balance and still have a valid credit or debit card, you may purchase an item from the App or iTunes Stores for more than your balance. The remainder will be billed to your card, leaving you with nothing in your account balance.

Alternatively, you could ask Apple Support to remove and keep the balance. Remember that the people on this forum are just other Apple products users like yourself and are unable to do this for you. This is more direct than using Official Apple Support which will just eventually lead you to the same place after some searching.

If the above direct link does not work for you, go to https://getsupport.apple.com/?s=n , enter “empty balance” or “zero balance” in the search line, press enter to search, then on the next page select “Clear Apple ID balance”. On the next page select a chat or telephone call option.

P.S. The general support link at Official Apple Support that some replies may use takes you to the top level of the help search menu from which you then have to do additional searching. The contact links I provide are the ones that Apple provides specifically for people wanting to ask them to remove balance.

While the second method in a previous post by Raicya is theoretically possible, I have never ever heard of anybody doing it that way.
