how do i permanently get rid of an annoying message from my Apple devices?

I permanently deleted that email account weeks ago. Why is it STILL wanting me to sign in that account?

“Hide my email” messages not delivered The other posts on this topic would not let me reply, but I’m wanting to know if anyone ever got a real answer for this because I am locked out of several website logins because I used iCloud “hide my email”, but the password reset emails never arrive… (yes I have iCloud+) -I already checked the article on “sign in with Apple” -I made sure it forwarded to correct email -checked spam any fix for this? I’m seeing quite a few with the same issue. p.s. I’m running iOS 18.3 on iPhone 14 Plus Thank you 👩‍💻

What might "it" mean exactly?

Perhaps (or perhaps not) you are referring to your Apple ID, which would remain intact unless you explicitly change it regardless of whether the corresponding email account is deleted.
