We appreciate you letting us know what actions you've already tried and that you're finding this connection issue varies by Bluetooth device. Since it does appear to be working with some devices, the issue is likely with the device that won't connect.
There are a couple things to check:
- Is the firmware up-to-date on your receiver?
- Have you confirmed with the manufacturer it's compatible with the iOS version you're using?
Once you've confirmed this with the manufacturer, let us know.
